Si llegas a Palma en crucero (o en vuelo), pídenos un «Pase de Saludo». El día de tu llegada, la tripulación intentará enfocarte con la cámara y saludarte en el directo, y tu nombre aparecerá en pantalla.

Your welcome from the port

If you arrive in Palma by cruise (or by flight), request a "Greeting Pass". On your arrival day the crew will try to point the camera at you and greet you live, and your name will appear on screen.

Wenn du mit dem Kreuzfahrtschiff (oder per Flug) in Palma ankommst, fordere einen „Gruß-Pass" an. Am Tag deiner Ankunft versucht die Crew, die Kamera auf dich zu richten und dich live zu grüßen, und dein Name erscheint auf dem Bildschirm.

1. Rellena el formulario

   En wingcamlive.com/saludos pones tu nombre, el crucero (elígelo de la lista del día), la fecha y, si quieres, un mensajito para la ciudad.

2. Lo revisamos

   Recibirás un email de confirmación con tu pase. Nosotros lo tenemos en la lista para tu día de llegada.

3. ¡Te saludamos en directo!

   Cerca de tu hora, apuntamos la cámara y te saludamos. Tu nombre (y tu mensaje) sale en pantalla y en el chat.

   At wingcamlive.com/saludos enter your name, your cruise (pick it from that day's list), the date and, if you like, a short message to the city.

2. We review it

   You'll get a confirmation email with your pass. We keep it on the list for your arrival day.

3. We greet you live!

   Around your time, we point the camera and greet you. Your name (and message) appears on screen and in the chat.

   Auf wingcamlive.com/saludos gibst du deinen Namen, dein Kreuzfahrtschiff (aus der Tagesliste wählen), das Datum und optional eine kurze Nachricht an die Stadt ein.

2. Wir prüfen es

   Du erhältst eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail mit deinem Pass. Wir haben ihn für deinen Ankunftstag auf der Liste.

3. Wir grüßen dich live!

   Zu deiner Zeit richten wir die Kamera aus und grüßen dich. Dein Name (und deine Nachricht) erscheint auf dem Bildschirm und im Chat.

Para que salga bien

• Elige tu barco de la lista del día: así casa seguro con tu crucero.
• Añade un mensaje corto a la ciudad: saldrá junto a tu nombre.
• Ten el directo abierto cerca de tu hora de llegada.
• No podemos garantizarlo (depende del tráfico y del tiempo), ¡pero lo intentamos con ganas! 😉

• Pick your ship from the list for the day: that way it matches your cruise for sure.
• Add a short message to the city: it appears next to your name.
• Keep the live stream open near your arrival time.
• We can't guarantee it (it depends on traffic and weather), but we'll give it our best! 😉
